• Key stakeholder in the game leadership team, working directly with the Game Lead and collaborating closely with your peers across other functions • Support the Game Lead on strategic activities including business strategy, planning, and go to market strategy for soft launch, global launch and post launch live operations • Develop and own the live ops and monetization strategy for the game, taking into account audience expectations and the required milestones and target metrics • Own the roadmap of features and tools needed to grow, innovate and improve live ops of the game, and coordinate their development with relevant stakeholders. Define clear and measurable goals for each initiative driven and understand how it will lead to achieving your business goals. • Bring to the team an understanding of best-in-class F2P live ops activities, feature design and monetization mechanics • Ensure your team's decision making is based on a foundation of solid data and player insights, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Game Analytics and Research, and continuously assess whether you are prioritizing the highest impact opportunities to improve the player experience and reach your business goals. • Work closely with key cross functional stakeholders across Game Analytics, Research, Live Operations & Monetization, and Marketing, ensuring close alignment with each stakeholder and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth

Job Description: • Generate sales leads, develop long term customer relationships and key accounts, orchestrate internal resources and close deals with profound expertise and professional communication and coordination. • Lead Digital R&D consulting team, including portfolio development (define and optimize consulting portfolio to meet customer needs in R&D and innovation domain), people development (recruiting, competence-developing and coaching. • Help clients define and improve the Product Management and/or R&D processes, incl. product portfolio management, product requirement definition, product development and system engineering, product commercialization and phase out. • Understand clients’ pain points and expectations in Product Management and/or R&D processes, practices and IT systems, analyze root causes and provide professional and practical recommendations and solutions to improve client’s QCD (quality, cost, delivery) KPIs. • Guide through or coach customers to understand, accept and implement the recommendations and solutions provided above, realizing the customer impacts in terms of QCD KPIs. • Facilitate internal and external workshops with customers, with a structure and guided group discussion on strategy, solutions, interviews, etc. • Be responsible for leading clients through these operational improvements and scale up business transformations as a thought leader, people leader and organization leader • Proactively manage changes with professional methods and handling complex analyses and resolve customer issue. • Work hand in hand together with clients on each engagement, facilitating working sessions with client management/project teams, motivating and coaching the client team during transformations.

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Cost and Value Engineering (CVE) Technology Expert covering technology & methodology for specific technology like stamping part, sheet metal parts, aluminum casting, material application, electromechanical products, manufacturing process or comparable as well as assembly. As CVE Engineer you work in a global team and are responsible for the cost and value evaluation of purchased parts / components and related manufacturing technology / process through application of all CVE levers to develop quantitative target costs and value drivers, while adhering to quality and supply chain requirements.
