• Maintaining, improving and developing asset processing infrastructure for producing optimized runtime loadable assets from original artist authored content • Working closely with game team artists and coders to identify workflow issues before planning and iterating on tools and technical improvements • Identifying and implementing improvements to game engine and other core tech code bases used by live and upcoming games, targeting multiple mobile platforms • Maintaining existing engine and shared codebases used across multiple live products • Engage with the wider development team here at Supercell to help shape the future of our tech • Research existing solutions and invent novel ones for offline optimization for challenging content to improve runtime performance of games.

You’ll make an impact by • To support Head of Asset Management in the implementation and expanding the AM department by generating ideas, support and drive collaboration with key stakeholders and implement new processes. • To create and maintain the asset related information into the relevant systems timely and correctly, such as PBOC data, asset information data in local CMS system, asset information data in HQ system etc. • To evaluate new business opportunities and assign recommend appropriate IAC codes/ Collateral values/ Asset related information/ price checks by utilizing experience in the prioritized asset categories: TEC (Transportation, Energy and Construction), GM (General Equipment), MT (Machine Tools) and Healthcare equipment. • To build a firm knowledge of the equipment in the prioritized asset categories to support risk decisions. This is to be achieved through interaction with vendors, service providers, manufacturers, market research and knowledge sharing with colleagues across COF. • Proactive management of overdue accounts together with Work out and Collection department (asset valuation, identification, support physical repossessions). • Bring proactive, timely and comprehensive contribution to Work Out report preparation and update, with clear assessment of the asset collateral situation and value. • To monitor repossession process and warehouse partners through effective communication, visits, documentation, negotiation and engagement to ensure optimized channels of equipment disposal are maintained. • To advise, perform and/ or manage asset inspections, when necessary, due to new business or overdue accounts. • To communicate and inform Head of Asset Management China regarding asset related challenges, changes on the second user market and any potential high levels of risk on portfolio. • To comply with COF Asset Management policies, processes, guidelines and authorities.

OverviewAs a Microsoft Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician Manager (DIAM), you will lead a team of Inventory & Asset Management technicians responsible for inbound/outbound logistics tasks, inventory cycle audits, and Data Center regulatory compliance activities. You will guide your employees to effectively run warranty processes and data bearing device (DBD) destruction. This opportunity will allow you to model leadership principles, drive focus on accurately and efficiently completing Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) tasks, and work with stakeholders to manage escalations as they arise. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities • Managers help deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring while promoting a positive and effective team culture. • Responsible for overall day-to-day operations and ensure inbound and outbound processes are running smoothly and effectively. • Assess resource and workflow patterns to determine any needed changes in work assignments to ensure timelines are met. • Support the planning, management, and communication of end-to-end project plans with applicable stakeholders and teams. • Ensure that all issues are documented, tracked, discussed, and resolved with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers with consistent and complete communication. • Coordinate and oversee relationships with any third-party vendors who perform DBD destruction as necessary ensuring all DBDs leaving premises do not contain customer information and are destroyed. • Comply with established methodologies and approaches to ensure delivery and execution of contracts and purchase orders. • Process price and procurement requests requested by Microsoft management in support of server, network, Storage Area Network (SAN), and spare requirements. • Provide thought leadership on established methodologies and monitor outcome. • Serve as subject matter expert and model compliance to junior team members. • Conduct or assist in conducting daily safety briefings, completes required safety training, provides guidance to technicians to facilitate compliance with safety procedures (e.g., Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, rack moving, heavy-equipment usage, lifting, ladder/rolling stair use). • Seek out opportunities to contribute to workstreams and evolve existing workstream processes, services, and solutions toward greater simplification and automation. • Embody our culture and values.
