• Translate complex business challenges into research plans and roadmaps. Define, design, execute, and lead research projects and the research roadmap to support decision-making in Supercell games, utilizing the methodologies you consider best suited to the task to uncover insights and empower product iteration and strategic discussion Translate complex business challenges into research plans and roadmaps. • Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. • Advise product teams by generating strategic frameworks and insights that guide the development of in-game and around game features for Wild Rift • Design and execute on surveys and player labs in Wild Rift’s prioritized markets that support decision making by authentically representing player needs • Conduct global qualitative research and provide actionable guidance for the games team in terms of trends, emerging risks, and opportunities • Provide strategic insights to test design assumptions and inform products in development • Leverage storytelling skills to expertly share your results with other Rioters, League of Legends leaders, and partner studios • Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to construct holistic, multi-modal analyses

Job Responsibilities 1.Work closely with 2nd party development studios and their ongoing projects. 2.Review project status and game design at the studio's accepted checkpoint, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs. 3.If studio/Project needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization features. 4.Investigate and provide competitor analysis and tear-down according to studio needs. 5.Participate in the daily develop work in studio, provide game design suggestions, and take on execution tasks if necessary 6.Travel to EU or other places fro studio visit or onsite work if necessary. Work closely with the EU Partner team, to support 2nd party dev studios and their ongoing projects. Review project status and game design at the studio's accepted checkpoint, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs. If studio/Project needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization features. Work closely with the China strike team or publishing team involved into our projects. Investigate and provide competitor analysis and teardown according to studio needs. Support project gate review from China, work closely with assessment teams who will join the review, coordinate playtest work, be ready answer design and product questions about the game, and become the communication bridge between China and the EU teams. Travel to EU for Studio visit or onsite work if necessary. Work Location: China-Shanghai
