• Own Top-to-Bottom Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day production for animated and live-action projects, from development through post, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative standards are met. • Bridge Strategy & Execution: Work across film, TV, and marketing pipelines, bringing both indie resourcefulness and studio-scale rigor to productions. • Animation Production Leadership/Expertise: Establish and track production schedules, workflows, and milestones, collaborating closely with the development team, directors, producers, and vendor studios. • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal game teams, marketing, and external production partners to align storytelling, brand integrity, and Supercell’s creative goals. • Problem-Solve in Real Time: Anticipate challenges, build scenarios, and pivot quickly to keep projects moving forward without compromising quality. • Bring the Supercell Spirit to Hollywood: Represent Supercell’s player-first mindset in conversations with studios, vendors, and talent.
• Build and manage a high-performing content production team to deliver world-class creative and media output by developing core capabilities in campaign production, content workflows, and multi-channel execution. • Lead, mentor, and support the career growth of producers and senior ICs while ensuring their work consistently meets expected quality bars and discipline standards. • Champion cross-discipline collaboration with Brand, Product, Creative, Content Ops, Localization, and Regional Publishing partners to deliver integrated, high-value content experiences for players. • Build production plans that unlock and fuse with multiple teams across Riot, advise on budgets, track costs and capture savings with finance partners, manage timelines, stakeholders and partners to ensure successful outcomes for product and content. • Oversee every level of content creation whether you are producing directly or leading others across multiple concurrent projects. • Establish and elevate relationships with Wild Rift game and publishing teams, and collaborate across multiple disciplines, from aligning strategic vision to facilitating creative meetings for concepts, to coordinating final release details with our localization teams around the world. • Lead innovation of Production workflows and establish best practices including hands-on process, tools and creative development to improve collaboration,communication and decision making related to content creation across Riot and creative teams • Leverage media expertise and deep industry relationships to negotiate deals with external partners and agencies that provide Riot with S-Tier quality services at fiscally responsible prices. • Deliver industry leading quality on time and on budget, ensuring that all partners look forward to working with you again.
• Produce, edit, and publish creative videos, ensuring alignment with content strategy, account positioning, and quality standards • Create engaging, high-quality videos using templates, effects, and trending audio, while introducing fresh video templates monthly for the Thai market • Collaborate with team to maintain a cohesive brand voice, ensure high-quality content, and execute creative strategies effectively
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns for iQiyi’s original Malaysian series, from launch strategy to execution, across digital, social, PR, influencers, offline activations, and more. - Design and execute integrated brand and content campaigns that balance long-term brand building with short-term performance goals. - Collaborate with internal teams (content, PR, regional marketing, product) and external agencies and brand partners to bring campaigns to life. - Leverage data and insights to optimize campaigns, measure effectiveness, and ensure alignment with business KPIs. - Manage local marketing budget and timeline to ensure efficient delivery of high-impact campaigns. - Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to continuously evolve our marketing playbook.
