• 7+ years as a lead/senior producer (or equivalent experience) in games, marketing, agency, film, VFX or TV • 2+ years Management/Leadership experience to drive decision making and level up teammates’craft • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field • Expertise developing production strategies and managing schedules, budgets, staffing plans for creative and production teams, agencies and vendors • Expertise with Project and Creative Management tools (ie. Airtable, Ftrack, Frame.io) and DAMs (ie. Iconik) • Expertise in a variety of projects types such as Web, Mobile, Video, Brand, Developer Content, Community and Social Content, and Strategic Consulting • Experience in creative facilitation and co-creation with Product Teams and/or programmatic development. • Understanding of CG animation pipelines, game development pipelines, Marketing campaign pipelines • Comfortable using game engine tools to create video content • Skilled in contract negotiation and outsource management and procurement • Experience with Launching Games and/or products in a live service model • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin. • Build and manage a high-performing content production team to deliver world-class creative and media output by developing core capabilities in campaign production, content workflows, and multi-channel execution. • Lead, mentor, and support the career growth of producers and senior ICs while ensuring their work consistently meets expected quality bars and discipline standards. • Champion cross-discipline collaboration with Brand, Product, Creative, Content Ops, Localization, and Regional Publishing partners to deliver integrated, high-value content experiences for players. • Build production plans that unlock and fuse with multiple teams across Riot, advise on budgets, track costs and capture savings with finance partners, manage timelines, stakeholders and partners to ensure successful outcomes for product and content. • Oversee every level of content creation whether you are producing directly or leading others across multiple concurrent projects. • Establish and elevate relationships with Wild Rift game and publishing teams, and collaborate across multiple disciplines, from aligning strategic vision to facilitating creative meetings for concepts, to coordinating final release details with our localization teams around the world. • Lead innovation of Production workflows and establish best practices including hands-on process, tools and creative development to improve collaboration,communication and decision making related to content creation across Riot and creative teams • Leverage media expertise and deep industry relationships to negotiate deals with external partners and agencies that provide Riot with S-Tier quality services at fiscally responsible prices. • Deliver industry leading quality on time and on budget, ensuring that all partners look forward to working with you again.

• Manage and grow Riot’s music supervision presence across APAC, overseeing execution for music strategies on League of Legends, Wild Rift, VALORANT, 2XKO, and other Riot titles. • Act as a regional lead and day-to-day music partner to Riot product and publishing teams across China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. • Lead creative development and execution of original score, licensed music, and artist collaborations that reflect regional cultural context and player identity. • Build, guide, and mentor a team of music supervision contributors (internal and external) in the region. • Collaborate cross-functionally with audio, creative, marketing, and game teams to align music with campaign goals and player experience. • Partner with Tencent and K6 teams in China to support music strategy, campaign approvals, and localization of music-forward assets. • Partner with RGM project managers, team coordinators, and Business Affairs to ensure regional music workstreams align with Riot Games Music’s operational standards for rights, budgeting, and production workflows. • Track music KPIs in APAC markets and iterate on creative and partnership strategy based on performance insights. • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of regional composers, artists, producers, and music agencies. • Represent the APAC music supervision POV in global RGM sync meetings, project reviews, and best practice sharing. • Manage a small team of early career creatives, consultants and coordinators based in the APAC region, mentoring them both in the craft of music supervision and executive development
Responsibilities: • Drive exciting new monetization strategy and content that allow players to express themselves and customize their game experience • Drive monetization related system features design and related content production with development team • Support Riot on the daily operations and production of Fight for the Golden Spatula, and work with our partners on further developing game content • Assist the production team and product managers with being involved in game production projects, improve feature landing efficiency and collaborating with partners to optimize players’ experiences • Be responsible for continuous efforts in understanding players, monitoring and analyzing in-game and around game experiences performance in FFGS • Follow closely on market trends for in-game social and growth product features, while gathering market and competitor intelligence to inform our own strategy

Responsible for the content operation of the courier communication channel, with the goal of delivering the rider image of the platform, establishing a mechanism for content production and operation, including content quality control, content production, and content distribution full-link operation strategy, to provide riders with high-quality content with the platform's characteristic tonality 2.
