工作职责


• Support production and Quality & Releases team in driving adherence to delivery timelines for major releases, bringing clarity and oversight to what goes to release branches
• Shared ownership of client upload & submission, including collaboration with ASO, marketing, community & other partners
• Collaborate and support post-release hotfixing efforts, working with QA and Engineering leads to prioritise urgent efforts
• Own & maintain accurate release and version information across Confluence and Jira
• Proactively secure visibility of upcoming release needs, and collaborate to identify the appropriate release type and timeline
• Aggregate and batch similar release needs to minimise disruption to players
• Plan releases around our live ops & events landscape, avoiding or minimising impact to major events or esports
• Optimising and improving release workflows, processes and documentation
• Strategic planning in support of new release ambitions, driven by new tech and infrastructure

The Role As a production Engineer of Interior trim Team in Tesla’s Vehicle Engineering Group, you will be responsible for Release and launch of interior components and systems for current M3 planned production and future Tesla vehicle product lines and also lead the part localization. You will be part of the team that creates and executes world-class interiors in terms of form, function and luxury. Core Responsibilities Along with Tesla’s vehicle engineering team, you will release and launch interior components and subsystems which are aligned with program product profile with responsibilities that include: Develop and execute interior system requirements for one or more of the aforementioned interior commodities Achieve customer-driven interior system targets for luxury, function, cost and weight Participate in the iterative process with the Tesla design/styling studio to deliver the optimal balance of form vs. function vs. cost Implement processes and quality to achieve world class execution of automotive interior craftsmanship and fit & finish Support in design optimization with the appropriate analytical and physical assessments You will Utilize DFSS methodologies as appropriate during the design, validation and launch of current and new programs You will interpret CAE simulation results and integrate recommendations into product design. RESPONSIBILITIES • Conceptualize, Design, Engineer, Release, Develop and Launch Body Structure components and systems. • Collaborate with the world’s best vehicle designers and stylists in Tesla’s Design Studio to resolve feasibility challenges in new product development. • Create and develop Body-in-White component and system requirements and specifications to achieve best-in-class structural, NVH and crash performance. • Create vehicle-aligned component and system targets for function, cost, weight and investment. • Establish system architecture and functional feasibility. • Develop design concepts and production designs in CATIA V5. • Optimize the concepts and designs with analytical and physical assessments, ensuring conformation to federal regulations governing assigned systems. • Complete and release system, sub-system and detail designs. • Deliver world-class craftsmanship and fit/finish. • Support creation of component specification, component DFMEA, DVP&R and other technical design documents. • Release parts for production in the PLM system. • Interface with suppliers for manufacturing feasibility, validation, and other engineering activities as specified for the assigned commodity. Note that in most cases, Tesla Vehicle Engineering will design commodities for the Model S in-house. • Create (with component/system supplier) component and subsystem design verification plans and test methods. • Complete component and system validation as required, insuring system targets are met and optimized. • Support vehicle milestones and build events. • Launch the product successfully.
