• Act as a main bridge between the VFX team and other departments(Art, Design, Engineering, Production) • Managing the VFX production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of assets with high quality • Track progress using project management tools(e.g., Jira, Shotgrid, Confluence) • Coordinate daily or weekly reviews and facilitate clear feedback loops between leads and artists • Support outsourcing pipeline if third-party vendors are involved • Identify risks and bottlenecks early; provide solutions or escalate to stakeholders when needed • Help maintain team morale and productivity through empathetic, organized leadership
Core Responsibilities: Production Excellence • Lead end-to-end production of Wild Rift publishing assets, ensuring high craft standards, efficiency, and timely delivery. • Drive structured production planning, risk management, and cross-functional alignment across internal teams. • Maintain clear documentation, content calendars, and production tracking systems to ensure operational rigor. Agency & RFP Management • Own the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and agency onboarding. Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective creative execution. • Establish strong working relationships with agency partners and hold them accountable to quality and timeline expectations. Cross-Functional Production Support • 1st Party Channel Requests: IAE, ASO, Featuring, and ad-hoc platform requests • Product Marketing: Champion overviews, skin in-game trailers, feature spotlights, and gameplay updates • Event/Campaigns: Event and tentpole support such as Smash, Worlds, and brand partnerships
• Responsible on creative conceptualize, core campaign idea, craft, and lead the visual execution and video content creation for product marketing campaigns. • Responsible for the product into the global visual experience of the worldwide market, including core creative ideas, visual content management, and layout. Transforming marketing objectives into a cohesive and powerful visual narrative that lives seamlessly across different channels, platforms. • Develop and present compelling creative concepts, mood boards, and visual frameworks to internal teams and multiples region. • Responsible for the product series art direction, including but not limited to product series' key visuals, product proofs, typography design, editorial design, KSP video, contents idea and other creative collateral materials creation. • Independently responsible for designing assets for marketing campaigns and closely working with other departments with efficient communication and cooperation, having the capabilities to create a full campaign works and ideas. • Work closely with producer and copywriter, production and be able to filter the most relevant business needs and work with them on image/video assignments to achieve global standards of work.
