• Act as a main bridge between the VFX team and other departments(Art, Design, Engineering, Production) • Managing the VFX production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of assets with high quality • Track progress using project management tools(e.g., Jira, Shotgrid, Confluence) • Coordinate daily or weekly reviews and facilitate clear feedback loops between leads and artists • Support outsourcing pipeline if third-party vendors are involved • Identify risks and bottlenecks early; provide solutions or escalate to stakeholders when needed • Help maintain team morale and productivity through empathetic, organized leadership

• Reliably produce high-quality look and feel 3D Environment with exceptional visual representation, executing tasks independently and constantly raising or redefining standards • Create high-quality stylized 3D Environment assets from concept to in-engine implementation, aligned with the creative direction. • Help guide the look and feel of 3D assets ranging from hard surface structures to organic foliage • Influence level and 3D asset creation pipeline with your understanding of optimization to take into account efficiency and cross dependencies • Work with various materials from hand painted diffuse to PBR workflows • Proficient in lighting techniques and the aesthetics of light and shadow. • Interpret and push concept designs to the next level while taking into account technical and design constraints such as draw calls, poly counts, texture memory limits, and gameplay boundaries • Communicate with various other disciplines to ensure all assets are performant • Help guide and mentor members of the team • Solve complex production challenges, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and ensure all assets meet the project's vision and creative direction. We are building a technically strong, fast-moving team that prides itself on superior execution. Tesla’s Test and Regulatory Compliance organization is looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to provide regulatory compliance support in the areas of safety, EMC, Grid code and communications/controls protocol for the development of charging equipment that will operate in China and throughout the world. This role is an integral part of design covering the full product life cycle to ensure relevant standards are met, performing, and supervising compliance tests, and managing certification activities with internal and/or external Test Labs. The role also involves representing Tesla in various industry/government associations and on committees maintaining and developing standards for charging equipment. Responsibilities • Product compliance & performance validation from concept to production. Review product designs to prevent and resolve non-compliances and incompatibilities. • Plan, coordinate, execute and/or support both internal and external Test Lab compliance testing • Support continuing compliance activities both before and after product certification • Monitor relevant standards defining charging systems in China/APAC and around the world and maintain and disseminate the knowledge to the rest of the engineering organization • Influence the development of international/China charging system standards by providing technical input at meetings and joining associations, committees, and working groups
