工作职责
1.日常招聘交付全流程,包括不限于:sourcing、面试、谈薪、跟进全流程; 2.招聘运营:招聘数据处理、mapping以及招聘运营项目的参与; 3.HRBP工作支持:包括各类活动支持、文化建设方案策划与运营实施等。
1.负责网易云音乐内部新媒体账号运营,如文案撰写、创意策划、粉丝运营等,有自媒体账号运营与新媒体编辑经验者优先。 2.根据部门要求独立完成海报设计、视频内容策划与拍摄剪辑制作。 3.参与策划并执行部门各类文化相关活动,如:周年庆、总结大会、音乐节等。
1. 负责B端业务系统(如人事管理、人工成本核算、薪酬绩效)的技术设计与代码开发,产出高可用、可扩展的技术方案。 2. 推进技术难点攻关,如薪酬核算、绩效考核千万级数据计算及时性、准确性保障等。 3. 负责生产环境故障排查与性能调优,推动系统SLA提升。 4. 主导复杂业务场景落地,确保系统稳定性与准确性。
1.Business Support & Financial Analysis : Act as a strategic partner to business teams by deeply understanding the operating model, delivering regular P&L, cost, and profitability analysis, and supporting sustainable financial growth. 2.Decision Support:Provide data-driven insights and financial modeling for key initiatives such as new projects, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and cost optimization, enabling informed and timely business decisions. 3.Management Reporting & Performance Tracking:Actively engage in budget, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials; Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and KPI dashboards to management, offering actionable insights that support goal achievement and performance accountability. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with functions such as PD, Tax, HR, Legal, and accounting to ensure compliance and drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
