工作职责
1. 持续探索并建设AI辅助建模、自动化工具及新型生产管线在项目中的应用,推动模型生产方式持续升级; 2. 负责游戏核心玩法场景的编辑与搭建,基于策划案实现关卡结构、动线设计及空间节奏控制; 3. 与程序、美术、叙事团队紧密协作,推动关卡原型验证、迭代优化及最终交付; 4. 设计并配置关键交互元素(如机关、敌人配置、资源点、检查点),平衡挑战性与玩家体验; 5. 参与关卡验收与Playtest反馈分析,针对性调整难度曲线、引导逻辑与视觉提示; 6. 持续优化场景编辑工作流,沉淀模板、工具脚本及规范文档,提升团队生产效率; 7.指导团队成员,进行技术分享与质量审核,持续提升团队角色制作整体水平与交付效率; 8.开展游戏竞品分析,参与项目预研工作,提出关卡设计落地方案。
