工作描述
岗位职责 1、负责电商搜索核心算法的研发与优化，包括 搜索召回、排序、重排等核心模块，提升搜索相关性和用户体验。 2、结合用户行为数据（曝光、点击、加购、成交等），构建并优化 CTR / CVR / GMV 等多目标排序模型，持续提升搜索效率指标。 3、设计并优化搜索 召回策略体系，包括文本召回、语义召回、向量召回、i2i/u2i 等多路召回策略，提升搜索结果的覆盖率与质量。 4、负责 搜索特征工程建设，包括用户行为特征、商品特征、query 意图特征等，并持续探索新的有效特征。 5、构建和优化搜索 深度学习模型，如 DIN / DSSM / BERT / Transformer 等，提升 query-item 相关性理解能力。 6、参与搜索 大模型能…
