任职要求
1. 计算机、数学或者统计相关专业，三年以上从业经验，在推荐系统、个性化搜索、广告方向等相关领域有较强的算法工作经验； 2.深入理解机器学习、深度学习和自然语言处理算法的原理并能够灵活运用于搜索问题； 3. 熟悉Linux平台下C/C++/Java任一种语言开发，熟练掌握Python/Linux Shell等脚本开发，熟悉主流的分布式深度学习框架TensorFlow/Pytorch; 4.熟悉Hive，Spark，对数据仓库，特征工程等有正确的认识; 5. 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，对解决挑战性问题充满热情，善于分析问题和解决问题；良好的团队合作和分享精神，较强的沟通能力以及抗压能力; 6. 有搜素/推荐/广告算法经验者优先；有国际顶会、学术期刊发表论文优先； 此岗位base南京/上海都可以~~
工作职责
