1、负责承担和公共政策或公共关系相关的重大项目的管理，保障内外及内部各部门的衔接与协作，解决项目运作中相关问题推动项目实现 2、识别公司外部信息到内部落地相关的项目管理和协同问题，推动过程改进与效率提升，进行项目管理的方法创新与实践; 3、负责并参与集团、体系及部门PMO组织的组建与管理，建立PMO项目管理体系并定期优化。
