1. Organization of the general cargo customs clearance process 2. Preparation and verification of documentation and classification of goods 3. Monitoring of customs procedures and solve emerging issues 4. Analyzing and minimizing the risks of release delays 5. Interaction with internal and external partners (company's clients, customs brokers, sales department, warehouse, accounting department, technical service department) 6. Contract support, control of mutual settlements, preparation of reports for internal and external clients 7. Preparation of documents at the request of the customs authorities 8. Work with databases, HS Code analytics, participation in the preparation of cross-border and system solutions
: As an Export Operations Specialist, • You'll manage daily export processes in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers and Ocean/Air Carriers, while proactively addressing operational exceptions for seamless origin operations. • You'll ensure strict compliance with Chinese Import/Export regulations throughout all operations. • You'll supervise the complete Ocean/Air freight cycle, including origin pickup, export documentation, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. • You'll Support Amazon sellers as their main point of contact for Ocean/Air shipments, solve complex logistics challenges and handle escalations and recommend optimal shipping solutions based on seller needs and compliance requirements. • You'll work with global program and product teams to enable global product and program at origin. • You'll optimize procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• 负责管理从中国大陆到GCC等国家/地区的所有指定贸易渠道的海运、空运和陆运等端到端物流流程。 • 与货代、承运人、报关行、仓库和供应商联络，确保货物的顺畅和及时运输。 • 监控货物状态，并主动向内部相关方传达更新信息和潜在延误。 • 及时有效地解决任何与物流相关的问题，例如海关扣留、单证不符或运输延误。 • 与物流服务提供商协商价格和合同，确保成本效益。 • 持续关注影响中国- GCC等国家/地区的国际贸易法规和物流趋势的变化。 • Responsible for managing end-to-end logistics processes, including sea, air, and land freight, for all designated trade lanes from Mainland China to GCC countries and other regions. • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. • Monitor shipment status, proactively communicate updates and potential delays to internal stakeholders. • Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as customs holds, documentation discrepancies, or transportation delays, in a timely and effective manner. • Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness. • Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and logistics trends affecting the China-GCC countries and other regions.
