1. Organization of the general cargo customs clearance process 2. Preparation and verification of documentation and classification of goods 3. Monitoring of customs procedures and solve emerging issues 4. Analyzing and minimizing the risks of release delays 5. Interaction with internal and external partners (company's clients, customs brokers, sales department, warehouse, accounting department, technical service department) 6. Contract support, control of mutual settlements, preparation of reports for internal and external clients 7. Preparation of documents at the request of the customs authorities 8. Work with databases, HS Code analytics, participation in the preparation of cross-border and system solutions
: As an Export Operations Specialist, • You'll manage daily export processes in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers and Ocean/Air Carriers, while proactively addressing operational exceptions for seamless origin operations. • You'll ensure strict compliance with Chinese Import/Export regulations throughout all operations. • You'll supervise the complete Ocean/Air freight cycle, including origin pickup, export documentation, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. • You'll Support Amazon sellers as their main point of contact for Ocean/Air shipments, solve complex logistics challenges and handle escalations and recommend optimal shipping solutions based on seller needs and compliance requirements. • You'll work with global program and product teams to enable global product and program at origin. • You'll optimize procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the logistics and customs clearance processes of platform products from China to Brazil, ensuring compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations. 2. Coordinate relationships with Brazilian customs, logistics providers, and government agencies to enhance clearance quality and efficiency. 3. Track changes in customs policies and regulations in the Brazilian market to ensure compliance and forward-thinking business operations. 4. Address issues in cross-border e-commerce clearance operations such as inspections, timeliness, customer complaints, and key processes. 5. Develop and execute strategies to optimize tariffs and logistics costs, improving AliExpress's competitiveness in the Brazilian market. 6. 1. Source new brokers and maintain current brokers relationship by a variety of means. 2. Conduct regular commercial negotiations with customs clearance related services, incluing brokers, THC, terminal storages, cc transit, etc. 3. Monitor and improve customs clearance operational performance, tracking operational abnormalities till issue closed and cases reviewed. 4. Led cost redution initiatives and operation improvements projects 5. Coordinate E2E partners and internal stakeholders for smooth operational handover 6. Support finance activities, including but not limited to billing checking and prepayment applications, etc/
1、负责XPENG相关物料欧洲各个口岸的进口清关业务，包括不限于清关方案制定、清关单证制作、清关异常处理等； Responsible for EU import customs clearance business from EU ports, including the Customs clearance solution, the Customs clearance documents, and the handling Customs clearance exceptions-case; 2、管理口岸清关,包括单证审核、商品合规性审查、税费核算及欧洲HS code复核； Manage EU import Customs clearance , including document review, cargo-Doc compliance review, tax calculation, and European HS code compliance review; 3、清楚欧洲关税政策，确保申报信息符合当地法规要求，避免因价格、税则或许可证件问题导致通关延误； Clearly on Customs policies to ensure that the declared information complies with local regulations and avoid customs clearance delays due to price, tariff or license issues; 4、对XPENG欧洲公司的关务风险及贸易安全负责； Responsible for the customs risks and trade security of XPENG Europe; 5、负责欧洲进口清关物流商管理绩效评估等； - Manage EU import Customs LSP KPI and regular management 6、 统计清关数据、对账并分析时效问题，通过数据洞察提出改进建议； Collect Customs clearance data, reconcile and analyze timeliness issues, and make improvement suggestions through data analysis ; 7、 协调内部部门解决跨境物流、关务全链路问题，优化操作指引和制度流程。 - Coordinate internal departments to solve cross-border logistics and customs full-link problems, and optimize operational guidelines and system processes.
