1.Major in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
2.Bachelor degree or above; requirements may be relaxed for candidates with strong relevant experience
Professional Skills
1.Solid understanding of electrical control principles and basic mechanical structures of automation equipment
2.Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
-PLC systems (Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omron, etc.)
-Environmental cameras (Hikvision/Dahua, etc.)
-HMI configuration and commissioning
3.Applications of servo motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and sensors
4.Strong ability to analyze on-site issues and resolve problems independently
5.Ability to read electrical schematics, technical documentation, and English technical materials is preferred

1.Responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and technical support of automation equipment at customer locations. 2.Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system issues during equipment operation based on customer feedback. 3.Provide customers with technical training and guidance on equipment operation, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. 4.Collaborate with R&D, after-sales, and project teams to report on-site issues and drive technical improvements and optimization. 5.Prepare and maintain on-site service reports, failure analysis reports, and technical documentation. 6.Willing to travel to domestic and international customer sites as required by project needs. 7.Assist in equipment acceptance, technical handover, and after-sales support.
1.Independently undertake electrical control system design and programming development. 2.According to project schedules, organize on-site commissioning and provide technical support for automated equipment (e.g., lifts, conveyors,4-way shuttles). 3.Lead the development of equipment commissioning plans, user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation; coordinate client reviews and approvals. 4.Resolve complex technical issues and perform fault diagnosis at customer sites; optimize and enhance control programs. 5.Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients regarding electrical control systems, addressing their concerns and questions effectively. 6.Collaborate closely with project managers, software/hardware R&D engineers, and equipment manufacturing teams to continuously summarize improvement opportunities and support iterative product and project development. 7.Provide prompt and efficient responses to other technical support requests.
1.Project planning (project charter and project map); 2.Communications with the customer (coordination of project plans, deadlines, requirements, budgets, acts, etc.); 3.Coordination of project team, project resource management; 4.Creation of design and technical documentation together with cross-functional departments; 5.Monitoring the implementation of projects within the agreed time frame, quality control of work. Visiting clients’ sites; 6.Management and mitigation of project risks; 7.Monitoring compliance with internal procedures for project implementation (creation of applications/purchase orders, interaction with the financial team to monitor the fulfillment of obligations to partners, etc.); 8.Formation, coordination and provision of interim and final reports on projects.

Update the project weekly report accordingly; 3、 在施工过程中，能有效识别风险点，对问题点能反馈到相应责任人，并作跟踪； During the site installation and commissioning, be able to identify the risk and feedback to the responsible person to get a solution; 4、 能协调好外部分包商之间的关系，组织项目现场例会； Be able to coordinate the relationship with the project internal team and external subcontractors and suppliers, and organize regular project meeting; 5、 做好项目稳定上线的设备验收工作，组织操作团队对设备使用和运营维护培训； Participate to the equipment acceptance test, and organize training and introduction to operation team; 6、 能有效地发现设备运行中存在的问题，及时反馈问题兵推动解决； Basic maintenance knowledge, be able to find the equipment problems under engineer’s and the suppliers’ assistance.
