1.负责菜鸟亚太国家马来西亚和菲律宾正式和劳务人群薪资结算,保证交付及时、准确,并做好相关答疑; 2.负责菜鸟亚太国家马来西亚员工入职、离职和异动等需要在当地MyTax税局系统管理操作的业务办理,承接指定模块的业务办理和员工咨询与答疑;可以独立灵活处理相关业务场景问题与案件; 3.负责和HRBP对接业务,和总部以及亚太SSC团队保持信息同步和协同支持,贯彻执行总部的决策要求; 4.负责发掘业务、流程及系统问题点和待优化点,通过主动沟通、反馈、协同等方式实现相关问题的迭代优化; 5.了解内部外系统并熟练操作,主动挖掘系统待优化点,完善系统功能; 6.其他项目型工作参与
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, utilizing payroll software. - Verify attendance, overtime, and other relevant data to ensure accurate calculation of wages. -Reviewed and applied changes to benefits & allowance policies to the eligible employees. - Coordinate with HR team to ensure all employee information is up to date. - Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner. - Generate payroll reports for management as needed. - Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll transactions. - Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
• Provides high quality customer service to both internal and external groups, effective communication and presentation skills required • Meet payroll delivery timelines, on time every time (no missed pay dates or statutory submissions) • Analyses and explains all components of payroll processing in SAP HR/ ADP GV • Identifies, analyses, researches and resolves errors and discrepancies between Apple’s internal HR/Employee systems and the payroll system to ensure accurate system status prior to payroll processing • Build and performs audits and reconciliations to the highest quality and understand the purpose and importance in the payroll • Supports various projects and/or system UAT stages through partnership and collaboration with IS&T, Ops & QA teams • Ensures all documentation is properly updated and supported according to company policies, procedures, regulatory practices and legal requirements • Solves day-to-day operational problems of varied scope and complexity • Production Support for Global Payroll systems for technical defects, enhancements or regular maintenance, providing timely ticket updates to business partners • Supports global peers, acting as a back-up or additional resource for audits, error handling, and global payroll processing • Handling of confidential data and understanding of responsibility

Amazon seeks a Payroll Analyst with around 5 years payroll operation experience in a large customer-oriented corporate environment. The Payroll Analyst will take care of complete South Korea payroll operations. It includes end to end payroll processes and the relevant project supports. Responsibilities also include: • Own payroll end to end process • Process payroll with payroll vendor • Audit payroll related data • View and manage human resource data in Peoplesoft • Review and process benefits program in monthly payroll • Review and process Mytime input records for employees • Process new hires, terminations, employee maintenance, setup benefit deductions • Process manual check calculations, work with the vendor to process stop payments/reversals and backup other payroll analysts as needed • Produce timely responses to employee inquiries • Record stock transactions, relocation transactions and processing of annual tax filing activities • Lead payroll project discussions and manage the project progress
