职位简述： 寻找一位能够帮助Trip.com Global Payroll团队通过流程优化和自动化释放人效、完成数字化转型的专家。这个角色将深度诊断流程效率问题、识别自动化机会、提供优化方案和实施指导，助力团队实现更高的运营效率和质量标准。 具体职责： 1. 流程诊断与洞察：评估当前Payroll执行流程在各个环节的效率问题和瓶颈，识别high-frequency、low-value work，为后续自动化指明方向，提供流程优化的insight和建议；与Regional团队紧密协作，提供流程效率诊断和优化建议 2. 自动化机会识别与推进：系统地评估Payroll流程中可自动化的环节，制定自动化优先级和ROI分析，推进自动化项目的实施，提供自动化工具选择、系统集成的建议 3. 流程标准化的支撑：帮助Global Payroll团队定义SOP编写的标准，提供过程中的流程insight，确保SOP能够契合实际操作，支持Regional团队在编写SOP时的流程设计咨询；积累最佳实践和流程设计经验 4. 实施和变更支持：支持Payroll团队从分散Execution向集中运营的转型，提供流程、自动化实施的变更管理建议，协助新流程上线的验证和问题诊断，跟踪improvement的effectiveness和ROI实现
Amazon is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast-paced world of Payroll operations. We’re looking for exceptional people with great auditing skills, problem solving skills, payroll process combined with payroll system knowledge, and customer service passion. Amazon seeks a Payroll Analyst with around 5 years payroll operation experience in a large customer-oriented corporate environment. The Payroll Analyst will take care of complete South Korea payroll operations. It includes end to end payroll processes and the relevant project supports. Responsibilities also include: • Own payroll end to end process • Process payroll with payroll vendor • Audit payroll related data • View and manage human resource data in Peoplesoft • Review and process benefits program in monthly payroll • Review and process Mytime input records for employees • Process new hires, terminations, employee maintenance, setup benefit deductions • Process manual check calculations, work with the vendor to process stop payments/reversals and backup other payroll analysts as needed • Produce timely responses to employee inquiries • Record stock transactions, relocation transactions and processing of annual tax filing activities • Lead payroll project discussions and manage the project progress

- 主导海外 Payroll / HRIS 系统项目，包括系统上线、流程配置、UAT 测试、问题跟踪及上线后稳定支持 -负责薪酬系统与 HRIS、财务系统之间的数据接口对接、数据校验及对账机制，确保数据一致性与可追溯性 -支持并推动薪酬流程的自动化与系统化改进，减少人工操作和运营风险 -作为主要执行方，与第三方薪酬供应商日常对接，跟进交付质量、问题整改及 SLA 履约情况 -支持供应商切换、新供应商引入项目，包括需求梳理、数据准备、测试及过渡期管理 -建立并维护与供应商相关的操作文档、系统配置说明及数据规范 -在系统和供应商层面支持薪酬核算、账务处理及审计需求
-作为Payroll Manager，担任中国总部对接海外拉美区域薪酬流程的主要联系人（POC），统筹和协调相关薪酬事务 -建立并推动以持续改进、自动化、合规、供应商责任制和质量管理为核心的薪酬文化，以可量化指标衡量改进成果 -负责全球薪酬标准化与优化项目的落地执行，推动海外国家薪酬流程的创新与效率提升 - 建立并持续完善海外薪酬相关的 SOP、SLA 及内部控制机制，不断提升薪酬准确率与交付质量 -与 HRBP、HR Operations、系统 及 Finance Operations 等关键利益相关方建立并维护良好合作关系，识别并推动流程及服务交付的持续改进 -根据业务需要，在特定阶段支持海外国家的薪酬流程与运营工作 -负责第三方薪酬供应商的管理与绩效评估，确保服务质量、合规性及交付结果
