工作职责


职位简述:
寻找一位能够帮助Trip.com Global Payroll团队通过流程优化和自动化释放人效、完成数字化转型的专家。这个角色将深度诊断流程效率问题、识别自动化机会、提供优化方案和实施指导,助力团队实现更高的运营效率和质量标准。
具体职责:
1. 流程诊断与洞察:评估当前Payroll执行流程在各个环节的效率问题和瓶颈,识别high-frequency、low-value work,为后续自动化指明方向,提供流程优化的insight和建议;与Regional团队紧密协作,提供流程效率诊断和优化建议
2. 自动化机会识别与推进:系统地评估Payroll流程中可自动化的环节,制定自动化优先级和ROI分析,推进自动化项目的实施,提供自动化工具选择、系统集成的建议
3. 流程标准化的支撑:帮助Global Payroll团队定义SOP编写的标准,提供过程中的流程insight,确保SOP能够契合实际操作,支持Regional团队在编写SOP时的流程设计咨询;积累最佳实践和流程设计经验
4. 实施和变更支持:支持Payroll团队从分散Execution向集中运营的转型,提供流程、自动化实施的变更管理建议,协助新流程上线的验证和问题诊断,跟踪improvement的effectiveness和ROI实现
