任职要求
1.Bachelor degree or above with education background in science and engineering or related majors.
2.More than two years of relevant work experience in self-pickup lockers and/or other automation industries; experience in project management and continuous delivery implementation in the Internet industry is preferred; experience in connecting with European customers is preferred.
3.Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate should have a positive work attitude.
4.Good English and Chinese skills. Polish language is a plus.
5.Candidates with PMP/ACP certificate are preferred.工作职责
1.Manage the installation of self-pickup lockers at customer sites. Monitor the entire process from inbound to installation acceptance. 2.Manage supplier contracts according to the sales contract, and update it in a timely manner to ensure the interests of Cainiao. 3.Participate in the formulation of installation quality standards, and monitor the installation suppliers to perform installation and delivery in accordance with standards. 4.Guide the installation suppliers to continuously improve service quality. 5.Coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems in the delivery process; continue to improve customer satisfaction. 6.Possibility to participate in the installation and delivery of other logistics technology projects in EU.
1. Be responsible for collecting and negotiating with multi-channel suppliers (US and Canada Last mile carriers, clearance brokers, and middle mile truck service providers), and establish a rich and competitive supplier resource pool. 2. Assist the department team leader in establishing a supplier full life cycle management system. 3. Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of suppliers, and support the sustainable and stable operation of the business. 4. Develop a multi-dimensional supplier grading and evaluation system to optimize supplier management resources and cultivate strategic partners.
1. Ensuring the vital activity of the office and other divisions of the company in Russia (ordering stationery, furniture, pantry) 2. Ordering guest passes. Meeting visitors, organizing tea/coffee, preparing meetings and events. 3. Control of suppliers responsible for delivery of employees, catering of employees. 4. Supervising the work of cleaning staff in the office. 5. Control of proper condition of office equipment, furniture, communications. 6. Participation in other HR projects (assistance in recruiting, T&D or team buildings).
1. Source new brokers and maintain current brokers relationship by a variety of means. 2. Conduct regular commercial negotiations with customs clearance related services, incluing brokers, THC, terminal storages, cc transit, etc. 3. Monitor and improve customs clearance operational performance, tracking operational abnormalities till issue closed and cases reviewed. 4. Led cost redution initiatives and operation improvements projects 5. Coordinate E2E partners and internal stakeholders for smooth operational handover 6. Support finance activities, including but not limited to billing checking and prepayment applications, etc/
1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. Develop and implement warehouse operation plans based on customer needs to guarantee service delivery. 4.According to business demands, devise plans for overseas warehouse relocation, transitions, and construction of new facilities, overseeing projects from start to finish. 5. Monitor major operational risks for overseas warehouses (including third-party operated warehouses), encompassing but not limited to issues such as intellectual property infringement, loss prevention, natural disasters, and political factors, to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations. 6.Oversee key performance indicators for last-mile services, promptly identify and resolve any issues to enhance merchants' logistics experiences. 1.作为运营的负责人，通过仓库实际运营管理保障仓库的时效、质量及成本指标符合预期 2.通过与总部及国家区域各职能协同，落实总部对仓库的规范要求，对仓库优化改善，包含不限于人员、系统、流程、物料、设备、仓库布局等； 3.根据客户需求，制定、落实仓库运营保障方案 4.根据业务需求，制定海外仓搬仓、转仓、建新仓方案，跟踪实施至项目收尾； 5.监控海外仓（包括所属三方仓）的重大运营风险包含但不限于（侵权、防损、自然灾害，政治因素等），保障仓库的正常运作； 6. 能够兼顾监控尾程核心指标，及时发现问题，解决问题，提升商家物流体验；
