工作职责
1. 员工全生命周期管理 · 受理并办理所负责国家员工的入职、转岗/调动、离职、合同签订及续签、福利及假期管理、员工档案维护、考勤工时运营等HR模块工作。 · 参与员工数据治理、员工体验提升及优化等关键项目,推动流程规范与管理提升。 2. 薪酬合规运营与发放 · 负责欧洲国家薪酬合规运营,如发薪数据计算/审核,社保医保、税务处理,及与当地相关供应商/机构的日常沟通与关系维护。 · 负责薪酬数据与文档的维护,提供基础运营支持,如解答薪资档案实时维护、员工薪资问询解答、薪资数据库运营等。 3. 员工福利与社保管理 · 负责商报社保医保、基数测算、月度对账及年度审计,自动监控并修正异常数据,防范漏缴/错缴风险。 · 统筹商业保险、补充医疗、年度体检等福利项目的日常运营与供应商管理,并处理相应账单支付与费用分摊。 4. 薪酬数据维护与员工支持 · 解答员工关于薪资、社保、考勤等方面的日常咨询,通过阿里钉、电话、工单系统等多渠道提供及时支持,提升员工满意度。 · 定期整理常见SSC & Payroll FAQ,优化服务流程与知识库,提升响应效率。 5. 数据与流程优化 · 识别HR流程与系统的改进空间,维护HR模块SOP文档,并输出优化建议。 · 参与Hi HR、薪酬提报线上化等HR系统项目的实施与持续优化,推动自动化与数字化转型,提高运营效率与数据合规性。
1. Responsible for basic HR operations and query handling for the SSC (Shared Service Center) in the Europe region, including onboarding, offboarding, transfer, contracts, attendance, benefit management and expense settlement. 2. In charge of overseas attendance management, including policy alignment, hands-on operations for attendance and leave, daily support, and process optimization. 3. Understand the service scope and responsible business modules; skilled at analyzing client issues and pain points, identifying needs, proposing improvement suggestions, driving implementation, and enabling regional HRGs and business teams. 4. Participate in regional project-based work, including cross-functional collaboration with IT, administration, procurement and other departments.

Employee Life Cycle Management · Manage core HR processes including onboarding, transfer, termination, and contract signing/renewal for assigned countries. · Maintain employee records, working hours, and leave data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. · Optimize employee data governance to improve data quality and consistency. · Support annual audits and compliance checks in line with local labor laws and company policies. 2. Employee Benefits Administration · Administer employee benefit programs including commercial insurance, supplemental medical plans, and annual health checks. · Coordinate with vendors, verify invoices, and manage cost allocation to ensure accuracy and compliance. · Review and optimize benefit policies based on employee feedback to enhance satisfaction and engagement. 3. HR Inquiry & Service Support · Act as the first-line HR SSC contact, responding promptly to employee inquiries via DingTalk, phone, ticketing system, or onsite support. · Provide accurate HR policy interpretation and process guidance to ensure a consistent employee experience. · Maintain and update the FAQ knowledge base to improve efficiency and reduce response time. 4.
