任职要求

1、具有项目管理相关工作经验，具备物流自动化相关经验优先；
2、结果导向，围绕目标达成，有强烈的主动性和责任心;
3、具有搞定问题能力，对于项目风险能够快速判断分析并给出解决方案;
4、具备横向协同和统筹能力，善于横向沟通并能够能驾驭项目资源;
5、具备一定的客情能力，有很强的客户满意度意识，善于对客户的目标和情绪管理；
6、适应海外出差，具备英语语言沟通能力，有PMP证书优先。

工作职责

1、完成项目组组建，统筹管理项目交付的全生命周期，实现履约并维系客户良好关系；
2、制定项目计划、成本、变更管理规范和要求并落地执行，管理项目交付中的关键任务并定期跟踪，推动项目交付如期进行；
3、项目风险管理，识别项目里程碑节点的风险，组织项目组输出风险预案；
4、项目质量管理，对项目交付质量负责，保证系统的功能、性能、数量等满足合同要求，并符合属地国家行业标准；
5、围绕项目高效沟通，建立项目沟通机制，针对里程碑节点以及项目问题组织专项会议；
6、组织项目现场采购，实施，测试及验收工作。

1. Complete the formation of the project team, manage the whole life cycle of project delivery as a whole, realize the performance of the contract and maintain a good relationship with customers.
2. Formulate the project plan, cost, change management specifications and requirements and implement them on the ground, manage the key tasks in project delivery and follow them regularly to promote the project delivery as scheduled.
3. Project risk management: identify the risks of project milestone nodes and organize the project team to output risk plans.
4. Project quality management, responsible for the quality of project delivery, ensuring that the functions, performance and quantity of the system meet the contract requirements and meet the local national industry standards.
5. Establish a project communication mechanism around the efficient communication of the project, and organize special meetings for milestone nodes and project problems.
6.Organize project procurement, implementation, testing and acceptance.
