任职要求
1、运筹学、工业工程、计算机、应用数学、统计学或相关专业背景; 2、具有较强的逻辑分析能力和数学建模能力; 3、具有较好的编程能力,熟练掌握Java,C/C++,Python等至少一门语言; 4、学习能力强,对新事物保有好奇心,并能快速适应新环境;良好的沟通能力和团队协同能力;能与他人合作,共同完成目标;对所在领域有热情,善于独立思考并反思总结。 【加分项】 1、熟悉机器学习或者运筹学等领域的算法应用和理论,有科研能力并有成果发表在国际会议、期刊者优先; 2、有过运用运筹优化技术解决实际问题项目经验的优先,比如:路径规划、数据中心的服务器调度、电网布局、车辆排线排班等。
工作职责
1、负责运筹优化/机制设计方向的算法研究和开发,包括但不限于组合优化、博弈论、在线优化、随机优化、混合整数优化、线性规划、控制论、高性能求解软件研发、高性能数值代数方法和实现等; 2、负责将优化技术和机器学习等技术有效结合并应用于菜鸟的物流和计算资源调度等领域,实现成本降低,效率提高,提高核心竞争力; 3、负责大数据的分析和建模,沉淀行业解决方案,协助拓展业务边界。
