任职要求
1、计算机相关专业，3年以上云平台/数据库管控平台/数据库中间件（如DTS、Proxy等）开发或运维经验； 2、熟练使用一种或多种编程语言，如Go/Python/Shell/Java等； 3、熟悉一种或多种常见数据库（如MySQL、Redis、PG、MongoDB、ES、ClickHouse等）的基本原理，包括存储引擎、日志管理、查询引擎等； 4、自驱力强、优秀的团队合作能力和沟通能力，对新技术有好奇心，学习能力和主动性强，有钻研精神，充满激情，乐于接受挑战； 5、熟悉数据库生态工具（如数据传输服务DTS、数据库备份系统DBS、数据库运维管理等）者优先； 6、有数据库内核（TP/AP/KV/DOC）相关经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责数据库生态产品（数据传输服务、数据库备份系统、数据库管理平台、数据库智能秘书DBGPT）的设计、开发、维护工作； 2、负责大规模数据库管理系统架构设计、安全加固和能效比提升； 3、深入理解业务场景，打造通用性数据库生态管理平台，并针对核心业务提供高级管理能力，提高数据库应用便捷性、稳定性和智能化； 4、构建数据库生态技术竞争力，解决云下、云上和云间的数据库管理问题，打造业内一流的数据库管理解决方案和平台能力。
