任职要求
1、熟练掌握至少一种服务端的主流编程语言(如：C/C++/PHP/Java/Golang等)，优秀的工程能力和算法能力； 2、熟悉MySQL、Redis、MQ等常用存储和中间件，并理解中间件的基本原理，有大规模系统设计和开发经验者优先； 3、理解常规的架构设计思想，包括但不限于服务化、异步、高可用、可扩展等，有系统性解决问题的思维，有良好的抽象化思维能力和领域建模能力； 4、对先进技术具有敏锐的洞察力，面对复杂的问题，有很好的定义、分析、解决问题的能力，具有良好的主观能动性； 5、沟通能力强，良好的团队合作精神。
工作职责
1、负责国际电商东南亚业务商家和商品领域的核心系统研发工作，针对复杂的业务场景，根据产品和策略需求，提供高性能，高可用和灵活的架构设计，高质量代码实现，持续提高工程质量，致力于为商家提供专业的商家&商品经营成长工具、品牌商家供给和经营成长、平滑的流程体验和经营效率； 2、洞察业务现状，在商家供给/成长、商品供给/成长/价格力、品牌商家供给和经营成长等方向上进行策略拆解和持续优化，与产品运营协同达成业务目标； 3、承担商家/商品业务系统架构和稳定性建设工作，包括区域化架构设计和优化、全球多机房调度、稳定性治理、资损防控、容灾降级等； 4、保持业务好奇心，紧跟市场最新趋势，探索国际电商新业务模式。
