任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机通信或相关专业优先，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2、熟悉云服务相关技术之一，包括但不限于Linux操作系统、TCP/IP网络、数据库、中间件、云原生（Kubernetes、容器）、人工智能/机器学习、音视频编解码等； 3、熟练掌握 Golang、Java、Python等一门编程语言者优先； 4、具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，以及良好的技术文档撰写能力； 5、具有较强的学习能力，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，秉持以客户为中心的理念开展各项工作。
工作职责
1、作为云产品技术专家，为客户提供专业的服务支持，负责快速定位和解决疑难问题； 2、总结归纳客户问题，建立系统化工具平台，助力产品、工具和服务的持续优化升级； 3、整理并输出技术文档和解决方案。
