工作职责
1、参与到抖音重度使用的自研数据库的成本、性能、稳定性方面的系统优化工作，与数据库团队共建协作打造业界一流、成本极致的存储解决方案； 2、在大抖音业务线乃至公司整体推广新存储解决方案，并协助业务切换，达成公司存储极致降本增效的目标； 3、主导海量数据存储系统架构设计、优化，提升系统稳定性、可靠性、容灾能力； 4、通过不断技术研究和创新，持续优化系统性能，降低系统在计算及存储等方面的成本。
