任职要求
1、2026届获得硕士及以上学位，网络安全、计算机、统计学、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python/C/C++之一，扎实的数据结构、操作系统和AI等计算机相关理论基础； 3、深入理解大模型训练算法，如监督微调SFT、强化学习算法（DPO/PPO/GRPO）； 4、理解业界常见大模型训练方式，参与过大模型相关调优训练者优先； 5、在ACM/ICPC、Topcoder等竞赛中获奖或在NLP、CV、“安全四大”顶级会议期刊上发表论文者优先； 6、热衷有挑战的事情，自驱，快速学习、良好沟通能力，创新思维。
