1. 有数据仓库需求调研和需求分析经验，能根据业务需求设计数据仓库模型，并对数据仓库数据模型进行管理，保证数据质量，3年以上数据仓库开发实施经验 2. 具有有丰富的实时计算、实时数仓建设经验，熟悉Flink、Spark、Kafka、HBase、Clickhouse等大数据组件的原理 3. 熟练使用SQL，至少熟悉一种常用的通用编程语言（Java、Scala、Python） 4. 有数字化运营项目推动、落地经验的优先；
工作职责
为饿了么物流业务提供数据中台支撑，实现即时配送业务场景的数字化渗透，不断提升骑手的作业效率。 1. 负责物流域实时数仓、离线数仓应用层的开发、优化与治理。 2. 能基于一致性、准确性、及时性的要求，不断提高数据质量。 3. 负责数据产品、重点项目的开发与维护，如区域作战台、经规项目等。
