任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上系统/应用运维/DevOps/SRE、集成实施或Java工程师的工作经验 深入理解和挖掘业务需求，独挡一面，参与需求分析和拆解，产出合理高效的解决方案，完成核心模块的设计、分析和代码落地 2、具备良好的系统性思维及良好的跨团队沟通能力，有与业务、产品、运营、研发等多方密切配合的经验和意识，能够独立策划并推进跨团队的协同完成机制的落地 3、有很强的owner意识，良好的自我管理能力、环境适应能力、抗压力和执行力；对成长速度要求高、喜欢快速学习、期望承担多样化的工作： 4、有研发或运维的背景，掌握高并发系统的设计原则，对于高并发、分布式、缓存、微服务等一个或多个领域有深入研究，并有实际应用经验 5、了解AI算法，熟悉包括GPT、通义千问在内的主流大模型，有AI相关应用的设计开发经验的优先
工作职责
1、负责阿里本地生活行业产品技术方案、售前接入集成、售后保障咨询等工作 2、针对外卖、零售等各行业特点深入用户、商户、骑手、ISV等多角色业务场景，提供针对性技术保障服务。 3、深入故障应急、风险识别、监控发现、体验治理等一个或多个技术领域，并将相关能力平台化扩展与多场景复制，解决实际场景中面临的问题，提升全域用户体验 4、基于以上技术领域能力和现有技术保障体系，结合行业特性及挑战设计开发技术保障平台，制定稳定性保障策略与整体方案，并持续挖掘需求、痛点和创新点。
