Qualifications
Knowledge 专业知识要求
• Have gained adequate experience in working in a sizable international institution knowing all international practices
具备大型国际机构从业背景，熟悉国际通行的业务惯例与操作规范；
• Have thorough understanding of the settlement function in major equity markets
对主要股票市场的结算职能有深入了解；
• Have knowledge in sending SWIFT format instruction, ex. MT103, MT54x, etc.
熟悉SWIFT报文格式，如MT103、MT54x等类型指令的发送。

Shift Types 轮班安排
Require rotating shifts (day shift and night shift) for US stock operations
美股岗位实行轮班制，包括日班及夜班。

Skills and Abilities 技能与能力要求
• Good communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese and English (as phone confirmation with banks and counterparties may be required)
具备良好的普通话、粤语及英语沟通能力（可能需与银行及交易对手方进行电话确认）；
• Mastery of MS Office, knowledge of MS Office VBA
精通MS Office办公软件，了解MS Office VBA编程；
• Good team player with adequate inter-personal skills
具备良好的团队协作精神及人际交往能力；
• Able to work independently and under pressure
能够独立开展工作，并能承受一定工作压力；
• Able to work rotating shifts such as T+1 settlement on US market and have excellent time management skills
适应轮班工作安排（如美股T+1结算），具备出色的时间管理能力；
• Good problem-solving skills with a strong sense of responsibility
