With the growing cross border business and team expansion, we are seeking for an Operation Manager to manage the global cross border operation node originated at China and South-East-Asia, which is one of the key initiatives in the whole global supply chain network. This role is under Amazon Global Logistics organization. We are looking for the talent with experiences and knowledge in cross border logistic industry, proven ability to manage and drive our operation partner and 3PL service providers to achieve or exceed the goal and the expectations, sufficient analytical / exceptional communication and project management skills, and good lean mindset to drive process improvement. This individual shall have a CAN-DO attitude and an ability to solve problems independently with ambiguities, obstacles and time bounded. Safety, Quality, Customer Experience and productivity/efficiency will be the areas that individuals always need to focus on. As an Node Specialist, you will be responsible for managing operations at origin including: 1. Manage the day to day production with local warehouse service providers and other Amazon stakeholders, fix the issues quickly and effectively. 2. Manage the supplier (3PL) performance, define, build up and keep fine-tuning management mechanism to track and deep dive on any exceptions, take solid actions and standardize the process to make sure sustainable results can be delivered. 3. Design and set up realistic and stretching goal and KPI metrics, keep tracking and drive efficient actions. 4. Drive continuously improvement as process expert to help to improve overall supply chain efficiency. 5. Lead / coordinate programs / initiatives proactively with cross function team, and finally to support the customer experience improvements.

This role is within the Global Logistics organization. As a Node Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting operations management at origin (China and other regions) including: 1) Managing warehouse service provider (3PL) performance through pre-defined mechanisms to track and investigate exceptions, implement solid actions, and standardize processes to ensure sustainable, data-driven results. 2) Collecting and preparing data and reports, including KPIs and other in-process indicators, providing full visibility to the team. 3) Designing and establishing efficiency reporting mechanisms continuously based on business needs and driving data quality. 4) Conducting data deep dives and driving continuous improvement with support from the operations manager to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. 5) Collaborating with the business intelligence team on QuickSight report design and data validation, supporting team data requirements.

Warehouse Operations Oversight - Monitor and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, storage, and distribution. - Track key delivery performance indicators, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable improvement plans. - Ensure all operational initiatives are implemented effectively and progress is tracked systematically. 2. Process Optimization - Lead the continuous enhancement of warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. - Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance across all warehouse functions. - Identify automation or system improvement opportunities to support operational excellence. 3. Logistics and Supplier Management - Manage day-to-day coordination with logistics partners and 3PL providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards. - Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies for cost efficiency and service quality improvement. - Participate in vendor selection, bidding, and performance review processes. 4. : As an Export Operations Specialist, • You'll manage daily export processes in collaboration with Logistics Service Providers and Ocean/Air Carriers, while proactively addressing operational exceptions for seamless origin operations. • You'll ensure strict compliance with Chinese Import/Export regulations throughout all operations. • You'll supervise the complete Ocean/Air freight cycle, including origin pickup, export documentation, warehouse operations, customs clearance, and delivery tracking. • You'll Support Amazon sellers as their main point of contact for Ocean/Air shipments, solve complex logistics challenges and handle escalations and recommend optimal shipping solutions based on seller needs and compliance requirements. • You'll work with global program and product teams to enable global product and program at origin. • You'll optimize procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
