Requirements

1. Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in IBD, corporate finance or a closely related financial advisory role. Outstanding fresh graduates or intern-to-full-time candidates with strong deal exposure will also be considered.
2. Skills: Solid accounting and financial statement analysis; working knowledge of financial modelling and valuation (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps). Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; familiarity with Bloomberg, Wind, Capital IQ or equivalent is preferred.
3. Languages: Native / professional Mandarin and fluent English (written and spoken) are essential. Cantonese is an advantage.
