【团队介绍】 聚焦大模型与高德核心业务的深度融合。围绕用户出行、搜索、导航、POI发现、行程规划等亿级流量场景，我们探索如何通过大语言模型（LLM）、多模态大模型、强化学习与推荐系统的协同创新，提升用户交互体验与业务转化效果。 【岗位职责】 1. 参与高德地图 AI 对话 Agent 相关算法研发，包括对话理解、任务规划、工具调用、多轮对话管理等； 2. 探索大模型在地图场景下的应用，如 Prompt 工程、RAG、SFT、RL Training、Agent 框架优化等； 3. 协助构建高质量对话数据集，参与模型训练、评估与上线迭代； 4. 跟踪前沿技术，复现并改进相关方法，推动技术创新。
