任职要求
1 计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、搜推广或相关领域的硕士或博士学位 2 至少3年以上大模型优化方面的工作经验，对大模型相关领域有浓厚的兴趣，对搜推广的召回、排序有一定的了解和实战经验 3 精通Python编程以及TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架，熟悉Transformers、Deepspeed、ollama等大模型训练/推理框架 4 有大模型训练经验的同学优先，有LBS 场景优化经验的同学优先 5 良好的团队合作能力和出色的解决问题能力 6 有较强的英语读写能力
工作职责
1 负责人地时空大模型优化，包括但不限于数据清洗、大模型预训练、微调和对齐，提升适配LBS场景的大模型预训练效果 2 紧跟业界前沿，密切关注LLM领域前沿动态，推动大模型算法的应用研究与落地实践 3 积极与业务团队沟通与协作，推动大模型在搜推广场景的应用与上线，提升业务收益，探索大模型在搜推广场景的应用前景
