任职要求
1.本科及以上学历; 2.技术能力(有以下任意方向即可) ①渲染:了解现代实时渲染管线,可以使用HLSL编写shader并基于其实现美术效果; ②动画:了解Unreal或Unity引擎的动画系统,熟悉常用DCC软件; ③工具:有max、maya等DCC软件工具开发经验,对美术岗位工作习惯有一定了解; ④特效:了解Unreal或Unity引擎的特效系统和蓝图系统; ⑤性能优化:掌握Profiler、RenderDoc等工具,具备内存、DrawCall等各性能指标优化经验; ⑥PCG:熟悉pcg建筑,道路,石头/崖壁,河流及野外生态算法生成,具备一定pcg资产制作能力;熟悉软件 :Houdini 结合 UE pcg graph; 3.熟悉C#、C++、Python或其他任意一种开发语言; 4.有良好的沟通、统筹能力和团队精神,思路清晰、有耐心; 5.良好的审美能力,能快速理解美术需求并提供技术方案; 6.热爱游戏,具备较强的学习能力和团队沟通能力。 加分项 1.计算机、美术设计、动画、数字媒体等相关专业优先; 2.有美术基础、技术美术工作或者实习经验优先; 3.会使用Houdini/SubstanceDesigner/WorldMachine/SpeedTree等PCG工具提升美术开发效率; 4.熟悉AIGC或LLM技术,对AI在游戏开发中的应用感兴趣;
工作职责
1.与美术和程序团队紧密合作,发挥想象力和技术力构建出完美的虚拟世界; 2.优化美术工作管线,制定美术资源规范、开发相关工具,提升美术内容生产效率; 3.协助美术、图形程序等岗位完成新技术、新效果的验证和落地,通过技术手段提升美术表现; 4.针对多平台(PC/主机/移动端)进行性能分析、测试,并给出标准和优化方案; 5.协同程序、美术团队解决开发中的各类技术难题。
