任职要求
1.扎实的美术功底,优秀的审美能力,有丰富的想象力和创造力; 2.基本掌握Zbrush、3dsMAX/Maya等3D建模软件以及Substance Painter等PBR材质软件,了解3D模型的相关基础知识; 3.熟悉市面上成熟的游戏商业引擎(Unreal、Unity等); 4.对于游戏美术有执着的追求,具备较强的自主学习能力; 5.乐于沟通,善于合作,深入了解游戏研发过程,与上下游形成良好的协作; 6.丰富的创造力和积极的创作热情,并能将想法在游戏中实现; 7.热爱游戏,希望投身游戏行业,对游戏美术有执着的追求。 加分项 1.美术相关专业或美术院校毕业优先; 2.参与过游戏项目的实习/外包经历优先; 3.了解市面上成熟的程序化地形工具优先。
