任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,计算机、信息、电子、机器人等相关专业; 2. 数理基础好,熟悉几何、统计和机器学习算法与理论等; 3. 具备扎实的编程能力,熟练使用C++/ Python进行开发; 4. 精通vSLAM前后端算法,精通LiDAR SLAM、SFM、VIO等领域算法,熟练使GTSAM/Ceres/g2o等开源库; 5. 加分项: ① 具有机器人系统、三维重建等相关领域开发经验,有项目落地; ② 熟悉或了解机器人领域各上下游模块,包括但不限于感知定位、机器学习以及最优控制的相关知识和技能;熟练使用ROS和相关仿真平台; ③ 具备一定的领域洞察力,在团队中有过方案设计、平台搭建经历;工程能力强,乐于接受新事物和新挑战;具备较强的团队协助和沟通表达能力;追踪学术前沿,具备较强的学习能力; ④ 有相关竞赛经验、在相关会议/期刊上发表过论文(包括但不限于ACM/ ICPC/ Robocon/ Robomaster等比赛,CVPR/ ICCV/ ECCV/ NIPS/ ICML/ ICLR/ IROS/ ICRA等会刊)。
工作职责
作为大疆的SLAM算法工程师,你将有机会将机器学习、激光雷达、三维重建等技术赋能到大疆产品,与各领域工程师、产品经理和实际用户一起,探索各类用户场景,可以将自己的工作成果直接应用到实际场景中,服务各行各业。 负责SLAM相关研究和开发,并落地产品。包括但不限于: 1. 负责研发基于视觉、LiDAR、GNSS等多传感器的紧组合SLAM算法、标定与自标定算法; 2. 负责研发基于视觉、LiDAR等多传感器的SLAM建图与重定位算法; 3. 负责研发基于机器学习的视觉SLAM前端特征算法。
