任职要求
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历; 2. 精通C/C++、熟悉python,具备系统软件开发能力; 3. 熟悉计算机体系结构,掌握并行计算技术; 4. 对以下任一技术有研究和实践经验的优先: ① 具备ARM、X86等CPU性能优化经验,熟悉Neon、SSE、AVX等intrinsic编程,熟悉多核并行编程; ② 具备NVIDIA、Adreno、Mali或Apple M系列GPU性能优化经验,熟悉CUDA、OpenCL、Metal、Vulkan、OpenGL等异构计算或图形渲染框架; ③ 熟悉常用的性能分析工具:VTune、Snapdragon Profiler、ARM Performance Studio、Xcode Instruments等。掌握量化分析方法, 并有实际落地经验者优先; ④ 熟悉主流深度学习推理框架(TensorFlow、Pytorch、MNN、NCNN、QNN、NeuroPilot、CoreML),有在DSP/NPU/GPU任一平台上深度学习网络部署或高性能算子优化的经验; ⑤ 有模型量化、剪枝、蒸馏等压缩加速经验; ⑥ 熟悉计算机视觉和图像处理算法; 5. 具有较强的学习、沟通表达能力和良好的团队合作精神。
工作职责
你将深度参与软件和硬件产品定义阶段的设计和协同开发,让软件能力从底层重塑产品。不同于纯APP开发,这里融合了硬件控制层、AI算法层和交互体验层,旨在通过硬件算力和软件智能的黄金组合,为用户提供极致的从拍摄到剪辑的创作体验。 1. 负责算法在桌面端、移动端的部署与极致优化,提升产品体验; 2. 负责高性能计算框架和中间件的研发,赋能业务需求; 3. 负责算法性能评估与分析,制定技术规划和性能标准,关键竞争力补齐。
