工作职责
1.Participate in the overseas product planning of ColorOS, complete the industry market opportunity research, competitive analysis, trend analysis, user population insights, cooperation proposals, etc., plan and output ColorOS overseas product competitiveness solutions; 2.Business scope mainly involves overseas software experience planning, cooperation expansion between Google and other head partners. Combined with industry development, application ecological analysis, market feedback, and partner strategic goal alignment, we carry out systematic product function planning, cooperation proposal, and product planning document output; 3.Through cross-company and cross-departmental communication and coordination, inventory the resources of all parties, identify opportunities to build the competitiveness of ColorOS overseas products, and cooperate with cross-team roles to promote cooperation and program.
The Role As a Software Product Engineer of IT Sales applications, you will be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional programs across sales and customer experience application,system integration, server systems, and diagnostics. In this role, you will lead the design and development of some of the most advanced and sophisticated systems in the world, with unparalleled agility. Responsibilities • Design the new functionalities in applications to support the growth of our sales. • Work with US IT team to implement global rollout to China with local gap prioritized. • Manage the implementation as project manager. • Manage cross-functional software programs from end-to-end. • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Work closely with engineering teams to effectively coordinate complex design inter-dependencies. • Constantly work to evolve our processes towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility that has gotten Tesla to where we are now. • Work with the UX, dev, and QA teams with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty. • As business partner to manage IT requirements of specific domain.
The Role As a Product Manager of IT Charging and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading the Energy & Charging product software , including the Customer Asset Tools , Cloud Control Platform, Network Operation platform and integration with cross functional product. In this role, you will lead the requirement analysis with business users , design the product roadmap or landscape , tracking the project delivery. Responsibilities • Design the new functionalities in applications to support Energy and Charging Product. •Promote the solution or functionality to Global business and import the global function locally. • Manage the implementation as project manager. • Manage the daily operation of application. • Manage cross-functional software programs from end-to-end. • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Work closely with engineering teams to effectively coordinate complex design inter-dependencies. • Constantly work to evolve our processes towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility that has gotten Tesla to where we are now. • Lead your teams with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty. • As business partner to manage IT requirements of Energy business.
• Drive business impact across multiple feature areas by defining success metrics, identifying long-term investment opportunities, and aligning with Microsoft’s AI strategy. • Own the roadmap for intelligent collaboration experiences, including Copilot integrations, and lead scenario walkthroughs and golden configuration development with partner teams. • Define and deliver feature sets that balance AI innovation with fundamentals like sync reliability, performance, and accessibility; facilitate usability reviews with customers and stakeholders. • Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate product development workflows, improve decision-making, and model best practices as an AI-native PM. • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to build and launch features at scale, including rollout plans, customer support strategies, and internal enablement. • Engage with customer communities, MVPs, and enterprise stakeholders to build trust, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for deprecation or iteration. • Collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to improve product quality and relevance, especially in areas with complex technical or compliance requirements.
