职位描述 1.提示工程： 设计、测试和优化高质量的Prompt，引导模型生成稳定、准确、符合预期的结果，探索最佳的交互范式。 2.模型后训练与评估： 协助收集和清洗数据，参与大模型的后训练工作，并对模型效果进行评估和分析，持续迭代优化。 3.RAG/AGENT技术实践： 参与利用检索增强生成（RAG）技术构建企业级知识库问答系统，或探索和实践基于大模型的Agent技术，赋予模型规划、调用工具和解决复杂任务的能力。 4.技术调研与学习： 跟踪大模型领域的最新技术动态和学术论文，将前沿的算法和技术应用到实际项目中。 5.文档撰写…
