任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历,计算机视觉、模式识别、应用数学、机器学习等相关领域; 2、5年以上视觉SLAM相关算法开发工作经验; 3、熟悉动力学模型、多视几何、特征提取跟踪、信息融合和感知建图等相关基本算法和方法; 4、有扎实的C/C++算法实现能力,有较强的定位问题和解决问题能力,有很强的阅读代码能力; 5、优秀的分析问题能力和解决问题能力,对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情,责任心强,积极主动,有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力; 6、有ARVR相关行业视觉SLAM算法开发工作经验者,和发表相关学术论文或者专利申请者优先。
工作职责
1、洞察前沿技术及用户需求,挖掘ARVR领域具有竞争力的SLAM关键技术及产品需求; 2、负责SLAM、多传感融合相关算法在公司产品的架构规划、方案设计和落地; 3、负责算法在移动平台上性能及效果分析评估和整体优化,把握性能及效果平衡性; 4、跨部门沟通、协调推进算法架构方案的开发及落地; 5、与Top合作伙伴开展联合研究,发表高水平论文和申请创新专利; 6、把握业界最新研究方向,主导制定语义SLAM、端到端AI-SLAM等方向的战略规划。
