任职要求
1、计算机科学、电子工程、数学或相关领域的硕士或博士学位； 2、在计算机视觉、图像处理、模式识别等领域具有扎实的理论基础和实践经验； 3、熟练掌握计算机视觉相关的编程语言和工具，如Python、C++、OpenCV等； 4、熟悉深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch等，并有实际项目经验； 5、对图像处理和计算机视觉领域的研究有强烈的兴趣，并愿意不断学习和尝试新的算法和技术； 6、具备优秀的问题解决能力、团队合作能力和沟通能力，能够承担技术挑战和高效完成任务； 7、具有神经网络模型在嵌入式平台的移植优化经验者优先。
工作职责
1、设计、实现和优化计算机视觉算法，解决实际问题，如目标检测、图像分割、图片分类等； 2、进行相关领域的研究和调研，关注最新的学术进展，并将其应用于公司的项目中； 3、利用深度学习技术，构建和训练神经网络模型，提高算法的准确度和鲁棒性； 4、参与数据的采集、标注和预处理工作，保障算法的数据支持； 5、与团队成员紧密合作，将算法集成到实际项目中，确保项目的成功实施； 6、负责算法的性能评估和改进，不断优化算法的效率和效果。
