任职要求
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机电自动化、机器人等相关专业； 2. 具备良好的数学能力，数学分析，线性代数，概率论等基础数学知识； 3. 在机器学习和深度学习方面具备扎实的理论基础和工程实现能力，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流框架； 4. 具备扎实的编程功底，熟练掌握数据结构和算法知识，熟练掌握C++/C/Python； 具备以下条件优先 1. 有实际硬件部署经验，对硬件特性熟悉； 2. 有异构加速计算相关经验, 例如 NPU、GPU、DSP； 3. 对算法落地产品有强烈的热情，善于用技术解决产品问题； 4. 在相关领域主流会议或期刊发表过论文 (CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NIPS/ICML/ICLR/IROS/ICRA)者优先。
工作职责
1. 负责无人机/机器人的感知算法开发与落地，包括但不限于：多传感器融合算法，目标识别、检测、跟踪与场景理解算法开发与预研； 2. 设计数据采集方案与仿真测试系统 ，构建面向复杂场景的感知系统，开发适用于低光照，动态干扰等挑战环境的鲁棒算法； 3. 有良好参与无人机/机器人系统集成， 与其他团队协同开发，推动算法落地。
