任职要求 1、基本条件 全日制本科、硕士学历；人工智能、计算机科学、数学专业 5年以上AI算法/模型开发经验，2年以上AI架构设计经验 有中大规模AI平台的架构设计和落地经验 2、硬性技能 AI框架与工具：精通TensorFlow/PyTorch/JAX等至少一种深度学习框架，熟悉DeepSpeed/Megatron-LM等分布式训练框架，熟悉MLFlow/Kubeflow/MLOps等平台工具 编程能力：精通Python、C++或Java，具备扎实的工程落地能力，有良好的代码设计和系统架构功底 算法理解：熟悉常见机器学习、深度学习算法，了解大模型（LLM）训练、微调（SFT/RLHF）、推理优化等相关技术 数据处理：熟悉大数据处理框架（Spark/Flink等），了解特征工程、数据管道、数据质量保障等技术 有AIGC/Agent/RAG/ChatBI等方向的实际应用落地经验 云原生与分布式：熟悉Kubernetes、Docker等容器化技术，具备大规模分布式系统设计经验，熟悉微服务架构、消息队列、缓存、负载均衡等 MLOps实践：深刻理解MLOps理念，有完整的MLOps体系搭建和落地经验，熟悉CI/CD/CT在AI领域的实践 3、软性素质 具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力和技术影响力，能够有效推动复杂项目的落地 强烈的技…
