任职要求
1、前端基础扎实，学习能力强，对新事物保有好奇心，并能快速适应新环境；具备良好的沟通、团队协同能力； 2、熟悉主流的编程思想、数据结构和算法；深刻理解各种前端标准，包括不限于 HTML/CSS/ECMA/Node.js 等； 3、熟练掌握现代前端框架，精通 React 及其生态系统，包括但不仅限于状态管理、SSR、中大型应用的组织、性能优化策略等； 4、熟练掌握现代前端工程工具，包括 Webpack、TypeScript 以及 API 集成（RESTful、GraphQL），熟练掌握模块标准以及构建器的定制和性能优化； 5、擅长前端应用的性能分析和优化，可熟练使用 Devtools、Lighthouse 或类似工具来提升前端应用的性能和用户体验； 6、熟练掌握以下特定细分领域的前端开发知识 (至少一项)：客户端、小程序、跨平台、前端安全、微前端、全栈及 Serverless、AR/VR、去中心化应用、互动以及图形化等； 7、有 AI 和机器学习在前端应用的相关实践经验优先； 8、有项目管理和团队管理经验优先。
工作职责
1、负责 Node.js 、渲染网关、一体化工程等基础服务； 2、负责 SSR 技术链路的性能优化、稳定性保障和能力建设； 3、负责 AI 服务和工具的探索和研究，承接组织 AI 基建相关工作。
