任职要求

【职位要求】：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，5年以上开发经验。
2、精通Java或相关编程语言，有大型分布式系统开发经验，熟悉物流业务流程。
3、具备良好的系统设计和架构能力，能够解决复杂的技术问题。
4、良好的团队合作精神，具备指导和培养初级工程师的能力。
5、对物流行业有深入理解，有阿里国际物流业务经验者优先。


1、Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with more than 5 years of development experience.
2、Proficient in Java or related programming languages, with experience in developing large-scale distributed systems and familiarity with logistics business processes.
3、Strong system design and architecture skills, capable of solving complex technical issues.
4、Excellent team player with the ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
5、In-depth understanding of the logistics industry, with a preference for those with experience in Alibaba International's logistics business.

3、Collaborate closely with product and operation teams to understand business needs and drive technological innovation and business growth.
4、Guide and assist team members in code development and system optimization, improving the overall technical capabilities of the team.
5、Track industry technology trends, research cutting-edge technologies, and provide technical support for business innovation.
