工作职责
1. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing & promotion, and customer needs to provide insights for commercial strategy. Lead the regional commercial team to prepare for annual strategy meeting and review. Own the content for external market view of the workshop 2. Develop and implement pricing strategies, governance framework for standard fulfillment offering to achieve profitability goals and market share growth. 3.Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and various platform teams to develop promotion strategy, own the P&L simulation and give suggestion on promotion tactics. 4.Monitor P&L status, regularly report findings in cost & pricing gaps and proposing improvements to enhance overall profitability of business. 1、主导国际电商实操物流解决方案的设计与实施,解决端到端物流运营问题,包括配送服务质量优化、TMS系统整合与实施、快递员管理系统优化等; 2、推动物流业务流程标准化与数字化,覆盖客户需求响应、在线客服支持、运输跟踪系统等关键环节; 3、协同产品团队及第三方合作伙伴,搭建未来物流平台方案,提升供应商协作效率及技术管理能力; 4、针对物流中台运营痛点,提出并执行流程优化策略,提升配送及信息管理效率,主导解决方案落地,通过数据分析驱动决策,优化成本控制与服务质量; 5、与物流运营管理团队、供应商及业务部门紧密协作,确保方案与业务目标高度对齐,参与国际电商业务扩展项目,助力达成中长期国际电商实操物流业务增长目标。
1、根据对应行业内相关业务及客户需求制定可落地、有竞争力的解决方案,负责地区重点客户、复杂项目场景的联合拓展,联合业务销售团队提供商机深层次沟通、方案及投标策略制定、竞标签约等售前支持; 2、负责所提供解决方案的售前打标方案、售后项目实施、运营及优化创新,持续提升解决方案项目收益; 3、联合集团各个组织进行行业定制化项目的SOP制定,风险控制识别以及资源底盘建设; 4、支持各业务领域新业务、新场景的解决方案的创新、孵化及相应流程机制的输出; 5、负责行业线内多业务场景解决方案相互融通,优秀解决方案经验沉淀、复制与推广。
1、理解平台战略,基于速卖通行业、国家站业务发展需要,参与平台跨境&本对本物流履约方案的业务规划和设计,建设正逆向物流履约能力,服务于平台商家、消费者的物流成本、时效和体验提升; 2、深入挖掘平台商家、物流服务商、消费者的物流履约痛点和需求,并结合数据分析、竞对调研等提出业务运营优化方案,协同产技优化面向商家提供平台物流服务的系统能力基建; 3、建设供应链全链路核心经营指标,以核心损益指标为驱动,对业务进行观测,监控、定位、分析,推动项目优化实现平台经营效率提升
1、负责搭建和优化大区物流解决方案,结合国家站的业务战略和发展阶段,识别物流机会与挑战,创新端到端物流解决方案。 2、负责物流解决方案的可行性分析、成本模型搭建、时效评估与风险评估,确保方案的商业可行性与竞争力。 3、分析市场趋势和区域卖家需求,与重点国家站共同面向平台卖家或合作伙伴,展示物流方案的价值,助力业务拓展。 4、推动物流业务规模增长、提升渗透率和运力覆盖面、为物流纠纷率等相关指标负责,监控解决方案的落地表现,并持续进行复盘与优化。 5、与产品、技术团队紧密合作,将业务需求转化为产品需求,共同推动线上化、智能化物流产品能力的落地。 1、Responsible for building and optimizing regional logistics solutions, identifying logistics opportunities and challenges in conjunction with the country station's business strategy and development stage, and innovating end-to-end logistics solutions. 2、Responsible for feasibility analysis of logistics solutions, construction of cost models, time assessment and risk assessment, ensuring the commercial viability and competitiveness of the solutions. 3、Analyze market trends and regional seller needs, collaborate with key country stations to present the value of logistics solutions to platform sellers or partners, supporting business expansion. 4、Drive growth in logistics business scale, increase penetration rate and coverage of transportation capacity, and take responsibility for related indicators such as logistics experience rates, monitor the implementation performance of solutions, and continuously review and optimize. 5、Work closely with product and technology teams to transform business requirements into product requirements and jointly promote the realization of digitized and intelligent logistics product capabilities.
