About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Channel Manager to develop and manage our In-Region (IR) retail channels for eufy's upcoming product line(s). This role is responsible for setting the overall IR channel strategy, leading sales execution, optimizing partner relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong brand presence and operational excellence across the IR retail network.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IR channel strategy to meet sales and market share objectives.
- Lead and manage IR channel sales teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key IR retail partners and distributors.
- Plan and oversee channel promotions, incentive programs, and marketing campaigns to drive sell-in and sell-through performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and channel performance metrics; recommend improvement initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with IR channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of channel programs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the IR retail landscape.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and strategic reports to senior management.
