Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end sourcing activities for logistics and transportation services, including supplier engagement, bidding administration, and evaluations. • Conduct cost and commercial analyses across logistics services, manpower, and operational requirements. • Assist in preparing sourcing documents, commercial assessments, and recommendation reports. • Coordinate supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation requirements. • Work with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to align project deliverables. • Track timelines, follow-ups, and key procurement milestones.
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. 2. In charge of Europe logistic procurement management, including source, contracts negotiation, evaluate, and suppliers’ selection based on performance, quality, and cost criteria. Be able to provide feasible and flexible procurement strategy based on stakeholder's requests with strong problem- solving skills. 3. Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. 4. Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with contractual obligations. 5. Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential procurement opportunities. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistic procurement.

Develop a localized category strategy aligned with regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and consumer behavior. 7. Optimize and standardize procurement processes through AI skills.
