工作职责

- Checkout Flow Optimization: Continuously test and refine the checkout funnel. Reduce cart abandonment through smart UX decisions (guest checkout, auto-fill, progress indicators).
- Payment Method Integration: Manage a diverse payment stack including cards, digital wallets, BNPL, bank transfers, and region-specific methods. Prioritize based on market demand and success rates.
- Intelligent Payment Routing: Build logic to dynamically route transactions to the optimal processor based on success rates, costs, and latency. Implement fallback mechanisms for failed transactions.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure PCI DSS compliance, implement 3D Secure 2.0 flows, and work with Fraud teams to minimize chargebacks while maintaining a frictionless experience.
- Global Expansion: Launch checkout in new markets by integrating local payment methods, currencies, tax calculation, and addressing formats.
