工作职责


The User Growth organization plans products that increase customer acquisition and engagement, developing various marketing products including CRM, Affiliate, and membership programs.

[Job Responsibilities]
■ CRM Product Planning and Strategy Development (80%)
Establish strategy and roadmap for CRM tools and plan key features
Derive new features and improvement ideas based on market/competitive environment analysis
Set data-driven KPIs and monitor performance
Lead projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and data

■ CRM Operations and Continuous Improvement (20%)
Review CRM marketing team requirements and incorporate features
Conduct feature QA and operational improvements based on data analysis
