工作职责

1、与业产研一起推进核心项目的整体目标战略规划、协调与执行，确保项目按时、按质完成
2、制定项目管理流程和需求管理流程，优化相应的管理工具和办法，提升组织协调效率和研发效能
3、与技术团队、业务部门紧密合作，确保项目需求清晰，风险得到妥善管理
4、监控项目进度，定期汇报项目状态，及时识别并解决项目中出现的问题
5、推动跨部门沟通与协作，确保项目目标与公司战略一致

1、Responsible for overall product&tech planning, coordination, and execution of key projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
2、Develop project management processes, optimize project management tools to enhance tech efficiency.
3、Collaborate closely with technical teams and business departments to ensure clear project requirements and effective risk management.
4、Monitor project progress, regularly report project status, and promptly address issues that arise.
